We offer UK Shipping. Orders are dispatched via UPS, DHL, or FedEx Express, depending on the quickest delivery route to your location. We also offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been placed, you’ll quickly receive an email confirmation with your unique order number. Our warehouse team will then pack and prepare your order, usually dispatching it the next working day. However, in some cases, this may take up to 3 working days.

During peak sale periods, dispatch times may be extended to 3–4 working days due to high order volumes. Please note that the estimated shipping time provided below only applies once your order has been dispatched and does not include processing time


The United Kingdom: 4-9 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days.

We currently ship from our Australian warehouse in South East Queensland, Australia, or directly from our international warehouses located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped as is.

If you have successfully placed an order, completed checkout, and made payment, it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel or amend it. This is because our system immediately sends order details to our fulfilment partners for packing, picking, and dispatch, ensuring the fastest possible delivery to our customers.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been processed and are in transit. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received at the return address in its original, unused condition, with all accessories included and no alterations or damage.

If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact form, and we will do our best to assist you. However, during busy periods, such as high-order seasons, your order may have already been packed and dispatched before we are able to process your request. There may be slightly longer shipping times for rural / outlying areas.
