Where will my order be shipped from? 

We implement a 'hybrid' fulfilment method, which means that we ship orders from both our Australian Warehouse (QLD, Australia), and our international warehouses overseas, depending on stock levels and where you are located. Shipping across these locations typically take between 5-9 business days. 

How long will shipping take?

This varies depending on where you are in the world. However, orders are generally expected to arrive between 5-9 business days via UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the fastest route available. Please note that delays in shipping times may occur during UK Bank Holidays or other busy seasons.
